Immediately took it to the front desk, just to find another one In the room. Told them, they apologized and gave me the room RIGHT NEXT to the room I was in. I told them well wouldn’t it be the same issue if it’s the room next door? “No maam, we’ve never had a roach problem but we will double check and thoroughly clean the room we’re giving you” I went out with my daughter for 5 hours to give them plenty of Time I come back and I go into this room and I went to use the bathroom and what do I find? A cockroach crawling on the bathroom floor by the toilet. I go to the front desk and bring it down to them. They apologize again a now offer to upgrade me to a suite… the suite then had dead roaches all in the lights. It was disgusting. Paid almost 400$ for 3 days and a deposit and that’s the quality I received. Absolutely unacceptable And disgusting "

"Had a great stay, Clean Condo, very nice a comfy. The pool and hot tub were clean and had a blast swimming. There is no Beach view, we could see a little bit of the ocean between to other buildings but that was no big deal to us. Plus we arrived early so they let us check in a couple of hours early "
