"the bed was horrible, made it difficult to sleep. i've stayed in plenty of hotels around the world and this was the worst. i needed multiple massages after sleeping in that bed. horrible quality. check in was also so long for no reason. we waited over an hour for our room and was harassed by one of the club representative trying to sell us a membership. she was very negative and left a bad taste to the welcoming"

"Extremely dark rooms.Staff can be helpful and next day completely ignore your requests multiple times in a row. Rooms aren't new and you can easily see that. Mould in the shower seals, dirty toilet, hair here and there. They aren't good at cleaning.
