"A great centrally located hotel. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, very helpful, and added greatly to the ambiance of the hotel, Matteo in particular. Rooms were large and clean; excellent and very nice. The exterior of the hotel, to include entry carpeting, awnings, exterior street level windows and decorations, needs to be swept and cleaned around the building on a regular basis. That would add additional impressiveness and class to the establishment."
