"The first room I was given was a mess. There was a pretty serious leak around the window with water steadily dripping in, and the drywall around it was crumbling. It was bad enough that I had to ask for a different room right away.
The second room wasn’t much better. It didn’t feel clean, the desk chair had a white stain on it and was broken and wobbly, and the window was super drafty and made a constant whistling noise. There was also more crumbling drywall around the window, and the TV didn’t...
