"The rooms are well-designed and equipped with all amenities including real coffee and a real coffee pot, nice-sized refrigerator, etc. The front desk staff is especially helpful. One went out of her way to contact me when I accidentally dropped my VISA card and a Good Samaritan turned it in. Very appreciated."

" Garden City Hotel is everything you can possibly want in a hotel, its the "Plaza Hotel of Long Island". There is no other hotel like it on Long Island. The Front desk staff is amazing, the restaurants are above par. The Pool and gym are great and the Valets are knowledgeable and always willing to help. The only fallback is the hours of room service and the maid service. During my stay, there were a few days they never got to my room, and when they did it was after 5:00pm. Overall a fabulous...

"The staff were very nice. The room was small but nice with exception to the heater/air conditioner and the room pillows. The heater/air conditioner was too noisy and made it difficult to sleep. No way to turn them off. The pillows were tooo soft that I woke up with a stiff neck. Also didn’t like the nickel and dimeing with regards to facility fee."
