"Great customer service, my temperature control wasn't working when I arrived late at night and they sent up an engineer that fixed it right away. The rest of my stay was nice, quiet at night good for sleeping."

"Check in was absolutely fantastic. The young lady was super helpful with restaurants to eat at around the area, upgraded my room & let me check in early. Her warm welcoming was very nice. The room smelled so good, it was squeaky clean, towels & sheets had no stains, shower was clean (no hairs), the bed was soft & the thermometer was easy to adjust to the right temperature (NYC is cold). I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay close to the airport ($12 uber) & likes to gamble at...

"I didn’t take the time to eat but considering part of the hotel is under construction, my stay was excellent. Chelsea at the front desk was helpful and when I arrived for late check in, she recognized my name as my husband had called her earlier to let her know I was running a little behind. Everyone at desk also were very nice. "
