"Room was spacious for a triple room, room was made up everyday with new sheets and towels even though we asked for it not to be. Air con unexpectedly turned off in middle of night which made it stuffy and we had to open the window. Bathroom needed more clothes hooks. Mirror lighting was terrible for applying make up. Took a while to find the water dispenser out in the corridor, it was not in a very visible place nor was it identified. Location was great, very close to airport but didi not hear...

"We have used the self service laundry at night but while we were waiting for our clothing drying in the dryer, the lights in the laundry room were switched off even though there were still hotel guests doing laundry in the laundry room. We have to use the touch light in our phone to finish our laundry in the dark It is really inconsiderate."

"서귀포 올레시장과 정방폭포를 걸어서 갈 수 있는 올레 여행을 하시려면 추천드립니다. 올레시장 걸어서 10분, OO정 김밥 800m, 천지연폭포 10분, 정방폭포도 가깝고, 서귀포 올레센터 3분 등 위치가 좋습니다. 1층의 편의점이 있어서 좋고, 8층의 루프탑과 수영장은 본 호텔의 장점입니다. (아쉽지만 다른 일정으로 사용못함) 약간 시설은 노후화 되었지만, 최고의 입지, 친절한 프론트, (외국인에게 직접 구글맵에 안내해주시는 모습에 감동 …)., 그리고 만난 음식까지. 추천드려요. "
