"The host of the ara palace was very helpful, and said many times if u need anything she would be there to help. Towels are small but functional, everything was what I expected. There is a washing machine but u must hang dry ur clothes, there is racks to us in your room. The location was good. If u want to spend 3 times as much to get closer to the ocean u can. It's a mile walk to to peer in jeju city. 10 minute walk to Dongmun market. Fun place to visit, the beaches are nice and there's so much...

"不便だった。親切でもなかった。特に初日と二日のフロントの対応は最悪だった。まず説明がなく、職人間に情報共有がされなく、マニュアルも何回も要求してやっともらうことに。部屋に電話すらなく、フロントまで降りても職人がいない場合が多い。連泊には水も入れてくれない。交渉して週一回シート交換する約束も結局実行されなかった。素人集団のようだ。"
