"Great location! Nice big room! The breakfast was the only thing that was not great....prewrapped breakfast sandwiches and pre-made pancakes.....but they also had yogurt and bread for toast."

"Excellent location as you can walk to all the shopping on Robson and catch transit easily. With kitchen facilities in the suite, the ability to cook meals and eat at the provided table can help with cost savings. You aren't staying here for the decor. If that's your thing, this isn't it. It's dated and in poor condition. They need to fix the flickering overhead lights on floor 9 in the hallway. It's jarring stepping immediately off the elevator. I recognize that with updates the cost would reflect it, and I still appreciate a budget option in the city. The beds however are quite comfortable and always have been clean. I get a good nights sleep."

"Good location, dated furniture, the location is next to the street so we can hear all the traffic noise. Other than that the staff explains clearly about parking, check out time etc. "

"Excellent location, near everything in the area. Room was a little small, AC was loud, outside noise kept us up. The elevator was outdated and one of them was out for our entire stay. Staff was wonderful and room was clean. I would be on the fence to stay there again."

"it is a big hassle to check in. The hotel requires photo id for everyone in the group (not just the lead person). Not everyone from BC has photo ID if they don'thave a driving license. Really only the person booking or whose credit card is being charged needs id? And then does it need to be scanned and saved? The hotel has no policy for when the scanned photo id is deleted, which means all the ID is available on the cloud for an unlimited time. Finally the $150 damage deposit apparently takes 14 days to refund?"

"The property itself is decent, but considering the price we paid, it didn’t feel fully justified in terms of value. My main disappointment was that the photos shown on Expedia do not accurately represent this specific property. The images appear to be from a different location, which feels misleading. We only stayed for one night, so it was manageable. However, for a longer stay, I would recommend considering a different property. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, the location is convenient, and parking was excellent."
