"All staff we encountered were so welcoming and friendly from the guys at the front door to the front desk. It’s a great location, very walkable to shopping and restaurants and attractions. The hotel itself, while beautiful could use some TLC to spruce it up. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The wine and cheese reception and cookies were a nice touch! We enjoyed our stay. "

"This place was a great pick! Right in historic downtown, walkable to so many restaurants, shops, squares. The trolley picks you up across the street for the tour of the rest of downtown. You can purchase tickets in the lobby. Our room was very nice and comfortable. The roof top pool has a stunning view! Breakfast by Gail was delicious. When we got there they had water gushing from the ceiling in the lobby. Everyone was very appoligetic and did all they could to get it fixed quickly. The water was off for a while but it wasn't too long. All in all it was a lovely time in Savannah."
