Facility very clean, staff friendly 95%; one member was not as accommodating. Breakfast and breakfast staff were amazing. Housekeeping did not attend our room for the 3 days we were there. We had to make a request for cleaning, trash, towels etc.. Management was alerted. I would book again, I would like to think the lack of housekeeping was an unfortunate incident.

This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Almost new hotel. Rooms are large. Beds are comfortable. Room actually has a small kitchenette. We were well satisfied.

Enjoyed our stay for the most part. I traveled with my family. Breakfast was a highlight. Fresh food options and tasted so good. Had some issues with our room and wasn’t able to be moved due to a full house, which I understood. I spoke with 3 separate people and the last one handled it in minutes and voiced frustration about others not escalating the problem to the manager that was on duty.

Overall, this was a good hotel for the price. The staff were consistently incredibly friendly and helpful, and both the room and common areas were clean. The breakfast was good, and I especially enjoyed the afternoon social hour with wine and snacks, this was a really nice perk that I haven’t experienced at other hotels. My main issue was with housekeeping. I stayed for six nights and my room was never cleaned during my stay. I requested housekeeping on the third day and was told it was scheduled to be cleaned that day, but it never happened. I followed up again the next day and was told it would be added to the book, but my room still was not cleaned. I’m not sure where the disconnect was between the front desk and housekeeping staff, but it was disappointing, especially during a six-night stay. Aside from the housekeeping issue, I had a comfortable stay.
