"We stayed at Ve Hotel Residences for a week while in KL for a conference, and it was the best part of the trip. Coming back each evening felt like a treat. There were only three of us, but the apartment could have housed six or seven, and probably a party of twenty. The two bedrooms each have a king-sized bed, an ensuite shower and a changing room. Between them is a huge shared space with a big living area, a full kitchen and pantry, a dining table, a separate common toilet and a generous entryway. There were three very large TVs, which felt almost excessive until we got used to it. Everything was clean, new and bright, with big windows looking out over Bangsar South. For the amount of space, the price was remarkably fair. Food was easy. The neighbouring buildings are full of places to eat, and there is a 7-Eleven and some good cafes at the base of the building, where we managed the odd breakfast. We never got round to the hotel’s buffet restaurant, so I can’t speak for that. If you want space to spread out, whether for work or for a group, I’d stay again without hesitation."

"Great for a stopover in KL Airport T2. Signage could be better when you come out of the elevator. Desk gave me a key that wouldn't open the door, not what I needed when I didn't have much time to sleep anyway."

"The whole building has been tastefully refurbished to be green. But it is not elder friendly. Shower area and whole bathroom are slippery. No grab bars. Glass doors throughout the building have very heavy hinges and the elderly can only get them opened halfway."

"the pool needs a revamp. There is shallow pool designed for children that leads up to a slide. but the slide ends in a deeper section which could put young children at risk. The slide and steps are also made of a hard material which are not safe for children should they slip and fall."

"When we arrived it was a very beautiful and maintained hotel. The view from our room was fantastic with the lake and seeing the bridge lit up as well at night. Very clean and they provide complimentary items such as toothbrushes & toothpaste, shower gel, tea and coffee in the rooms so all you need to bring is your clothes and work items. The only downside is they don’t provide bottled water but filtered drinking water by tap next to the bathroom sink. Breakfast was good with many options, including homemade egg station so it’s made fresh to order. We also had dinner most night in the hotel which was nice. Would definitely recommend the beef burger. The rooftop pool was really nice and enjoyable after a lot of travelling too and from the F1 in Sepang over the weekend, however the bar was never opened sadly so you couldn’t fully benefit from it so perhaps it’s something they can review moving forward as I think more people would use that as the gym is also on the same floor. The location is fine if you drive but if not then grab is probably your only option as the metro is 10 minutes away by car and there isn’t many options nearby for eating out or even local shop to buy things like bottled water. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone as it’s a quiet and remote part of the country"
