The location of the hotel is Ideal. The rooms are a good size but tired and very poorly maintained. While we were there we had a leak from under the sink and the toilet bowl was not fixed to the floor. With a lot of renovation the hotel could be very good. Pleasant staff.

Great location, poor accommodation

There are some good things about these apartments, but the bad outweighs the good. The good: - they are centrally located in a lively part of town. Bus station, beaches, bars and restaurants are close. - staff are friendly and when I reported a problem with the lights in my room sorted it out immediately. - though the rooftop pool is small, it's a lovely place to settle with good views. The bad: - extremely uncomfortable, lumpy mattresses. - neither air conditioning nor a fan. - patchy cleaning: while the cleaners do the bathroom and bed, there was lots of dust on the floors - thin walls mean a lot of noise from neighbours - very visible lack of maintenance and investment. eg my first set of sheets had cigarette burn holes in them It's very dated, from the mattresses that feel like they're older than I am, through the chunky CRT TVs that you haven't been able to buy for several decades to the patched up furniture. This could be a great place, but it feels like it hasn't had any investment in decades, and boy it shows.

The apartment was great, the cleaning and housekeeplng was fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble the staff made our stay amazing!! This is the second time we have stayed here and are definitely coming again! You can walk to loads of places and the reception are so very helpful - they booked taxis and were just great!!!

old but within budget

A rather old building in need of a bit of renovation but clean and tidy. Good size bath tub, 2nd floor room with balcony (paid a bit extra but worth it). Small pool on top floor, good sun terrace and beds.

Nice location, room big enought. Bed are horrible, no fan and no ac on the room. Bar in front play music everynight until 1am, impossible to sleep before that. Pool is nice, staff is kind

das haus ist runtergewirtschaftet und es wurde jahrelang nichts gemacht. Ich kenne das Haus seit vielen Jahren,aber auch nach der neu Eröffnung hat sich nichts geändert. defekte wasserhähne ,Herde, Kühlschränke, marode Balkogeländer, die Gangbelede fallen auseinander, Inventar ist aus den 60 Jahren und auch nicht gepflegt, vom" Frühstück nicht zu sprechen" immer das gleiche und nicht mal regiunal

Rent rum. Troligen OK som hotell. Undvik om du verkligen vill ha en lägenhet. Detta är inte lägenheter. Basala standardfunktioner saknas; ingen diskborste, inget diskmedel, trasig ugn. Två stora kastruller, men ingen stekpanna.

Chambre propre mais équipements très vieillissants, plafond de salle de bain en mauvais état, chasse d'eau toilettes peu fonctionnelle, mauvaise odeur récurrente dans la salle de bain, équipements limités pas de cafetière, pas de micro ondes. J'avais demandé à être installée dans une aile particulière de l'hôtel mais ma demande n'a pas été satisfaite. Gute Lage und es war so als wäre man bei Freunden untergebracht. Super nettes Personal. Tipp: bessere Pfannen und die Basis Essig, Öl, Salz und Pfeffer sollten vorhanden sein. Ich habe alles dagelassen. Aber vielleicht nehmen die Gäste diese wieder mit… Ansonsten ist das Hotel für uns wunderbar gewesen. Freu mich schon auf das nächste Mal :-)

La ubicación es muy buen, y el trato con el personal inmejorable. Es una edificación antigua y bonita, pero algo descuidada. No le vendría nada mal una reforma integral. Eso sí, cumple con la relación calidad-precio. El desayuno buffet bastante bien.
