Séjour agréable dans cet hôtel

Hôtel et personnel très agréables. Nous étions en demi pension, nous avons été surpris de devoir payer l'eau qu'ils nous servaient à table. Sinon les chambres sont très spacieuses et très agréables, seuls bémols les baies vitrées vieillottes ne coulissaient presque pas et l'insonorisation pas au top, le ventilateur au plafond ne suffisait pas à refroidir l'air très chaud dans la pièce. De même la seule climatisation de l'hôtel dans la salle à manger n'était pas suffisante pour rafraîchir l'air. Sinon rien à dire sur les repas, sur la propreté, l'accueil et les services de cet hôtel. À recommander mais mérite quelques travaux de rénovation.

Vacanza da rifare

all’inizio dopo aver scelto di soggiornare in questo ero un po’ scettica soprattutto dopo aver letto le ultime recensioni prima della mia partenza, quindi partivo già con l’idea che non sarebbe andato bene niente. Invece con grande sorpresa è stato tutto bellissimo e tutti coloro che lavorano all’interno dell’hotel sono stati molto professionali. L’unica pecca che mi ritrovo a dover comunicare è la comunicazione. Consiglierei di far fare ai dipendenti un corso accelerato/breve di inglese. Ma nel complesso è andato tutto bene. Il cibo era sempre vario e ottimo. Se mai dovessi ritornare a Tenerife, l’hotel perla sarebbe tra i primi hotel in cui soggiornare. La consiglio soprattutto alle coppie perché secondo me a una famiglia con bambini piccoli scoccerebbe camminare 15/20 minuti per andare al mare. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti dell’hotel perla per averci fatto vivere un soggiorno bellissimo.

No es un hotel para 3 extrellas

Nos dieron una habitación con vistas horrorosas, mejor dicho, sin vistas; estaba un piso por debajo del nivel de la calle, salir al balcón y nos dábamos de morros con una roca, pareciera que estábamos en un sótano, el baño olía a desagüe, tanto...que tuvimos que comprar un ambientador, y además apareció una cucaracha, al día siguiente; no es un hotel para 3 extrellas. En el buffet....el menú era más bien para extranjeros, sobre todo en el desayuno, no había mucha variedad y algunos platos..lo ponían para el día siguiente. La atención del personal muy buena pero no había nada para familias con niños, solo la piscina. En fin, decepcionado.

Hotel très bien localisé, bien que voiture obligatoire pour y accéder. rénovation en cours, peinture toutes fraiches etc.. :) Ma chambre et la salle de bain était confortable et correct pour le prix. Buffet petit déjeuner vraiment très bien ! Buffet du soir buffet correct, c'est pas du gastronomique mais c'est bon et variée. Personnel sympa et consommation vraiment pas chère Quelques chiffre : 2 euro le verre de vin au restaurant, 4 euro le whisky coca au bar de la piscine. Je ne recommande cela dit pas cette hôtel au jeune( 18 à 35 ans) le public de la l'hotel est plus âgée. Wifi Payant, ce que je trouve un peu scandaleux mais c'est partout pareille en espagne ..

unico neo parziale per hotel è la difficoltà ad arrivarci....però una volta trovato il posto è molto più silenzioso e rilassante del soggiorno in centro..... L'animazione è quasi inesistente....ma anche quello superabile...

Food was grim, rest was barely adequate

This hotel really needs to sort its food out. The facilities are dated and some of the staff have an attitude problem (except the dining room staff who are lovely), all inclusive runs 11am till 11pm and Entertainment is really poor quality. All of this could be forgiven as it is only 3* if it could sort its meals out! Breakfast is ok, same every day but there is always something to eat. Lunch and dinner have tinned soup in a tureen, salad (lovely and fresh!) and then a real mixture which didn't have anything coherent e.g. Fish, Brussels sprouts, chips, veal with gravy, rice and ham croquettes. Most of it tasted like it came out of a tin, was deep fried or microwaved. Very few things were anything more than lukewarm and I even managed to a burger one day with absolutely no flavour at all. Utterly tasteless! Fix this and you have an adequate hotel that would be no problem for its rating.

OK hotell med svært lite støy

Hotellet ligger litt "vanskelig tilgjengelig" til tross for at det ligger relativt sentralt rett utenfor sentrum av Puerto de la Cruz. Litt preget av at det er noe gammelt, men godt vedlikeholdt, og med godt reinhold.
