"Newly renovated, outstanding service from the front desk. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Good bar and lounge in the lobby with outdoor seating and happy hour (2 for 1 drinks) every day. The breakfast buffet was very good and had plenty of options including hot food like eggs, bacon, etc., lots of fresh fruit, a large assortment of breads, hot and cold cereals, and a cappuccino machine. "Das Hotel war super! Die Lage ist sehr gut, es ist fußläufig alles schnell erreichbar. Einzig der Kissenbezug hatte ein bisschen Verfärbungen und sah somit nicht ganz sauber aus. Abgesehen davon gibt es aber nichts zu bemängeln. "

"Excellent location within easy walking distance to Checkpoint Charlie and parts of the Berlin Wall. Lots of eating and shopping around the hotel. The hotel itself is clean and modern. A 5 star hotel and experience, especially with afternoon mgr- Mr Ati, who is super attentive and helpful"

"Really nice hotel in a great location, breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly. Only small issue we had was that the air conditioning did not work, so the rooms got a little too warm."

"Ruhige lage in einem wohnquartier, 5minuten bis zum bus oder 10min zur ubahn, 15min bis zu den restaurants im bergmannkiez. Gutes Frühstück. Service war mässig: Rezeption war nur bis 16uhr geöffnet (self checkin), zimmerreinigung musste bestellt werden, bettwäsche wurde während unseres 7tage aufenthalts nicht gewechselt. Zimmer bequem, fussbodenheizung im badezimmer haben wir sehr geschätzt, das Licht im Zimmer war etwas dunkel."

"This hotel was great! Our plane to Berlin was changed on us last minute so we arrived by 9am instead of 2pm. The staff let us check in early at 12pm and was very nice about it. The property is in an OK area, what I would warn people about is that the hop on hop off buses park right outside of the hotel, so it can be a little noisy and crowded in the morning. The breakfast here was hands down the best out of all of my travels in Germany (we went to 5 different cities while we stayed). There’s a...

"The property is well located in Alexander Platz, but the surrounding area is noisy and super busy. The room was well appointed but small without coffee or a bottle of water in the room. We used the same 3 paper cups as they were not replaced."
