"This hotel was like staying in an old world hotel that was charming and full of character. The hotel was clean, and had beautiful furnishings - it was like staying in someone's home but very stately. It was in a fantastic location, close to the sites but on a quiet street away from the crowded bars and restaurants. We had the breakfast option (as always), it was amazing! It even had a chocolate fountain which my daughter was thrilled about. Our room (for 3 people), was spacious, with a great vanity and mirror to put on make up. The washroom was large, lots of counter space, clean and even came with a bidet! They provided everything that we needed including robes, slippers and toiletries - this was by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. I realize it was on the older side but my 17 year old daughter and husband loved it as well. We were greatly impressed! The room requires an old style key rather than key card and you need to leave it at the front desk every day which was easy to do. They also had coffee, tea and water all day in a salon where you could mingle with other guests or just relax. Exceptional service by the staff from an exceptional hotel. The photos online don't do it justice and it also had a rooftop garden and patio - just lovely. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

Carolina and Alessandra were incredible at the front desk, as they helped us several times with restaurant advice, parking, and getting us electric adapters when we forgot ours in another part of the country. Highly recommend this hotel and its staff."
