Excellent Rooms, kitchen adequate, quiet area

Excellent overall, Good friendly service/ managers, but a check-in later than 7pm/ weekend can cause problems? Everything was good in the building, except the stairs. The stairs care very steep, for the top 2 floors, and a struggle with the big bags. But overall 4 out of 5 on a rating.

Impossible to communicate, strange room

Pros: it was a good rate, clean and in a good location. The room was large. Cons: I could not contact anyone. I got an email directly after booking but when trying to reply the email bounced. We never received our check-in information and couldn't contact anyone, we tried multiple numbers written on the hotel door, tried multiple email addresses and contact forms and received no reply. Finally after over an hour we got through using a different phone number. The room had some nice design elements but there were a lot of funky / non functional pieces. The sink was barely usable due to a large cabinet infront, the shower was only usable by holding the wand, a light in the living room was flickering the whole time.

Tyvärr fick vi en lägenhet med 1 sovrum/dubbelsäng och 1 bäddsoffa, trots att vi hade bokat 2 sovrum/dubbelsängar och 1 bäddsoffa, vilket betydde att en del av oss fick ta in på ett annat hotell! Mycket dåligt skött och vi fick heller ingen hjälp under tiden vi var där. Receptionen var stängd alla 4 dagar och ovanpå detta så låg deras system nere så vi hade inte fått någon info om incheckningskod så att vi kunde få access till lägenheten, utan var tvungna att be en av våra portugisiska vänner att ringa runt medan vi satt på flyget för att försöka hitta någon som kunde släppa in oss. Mycket omständigt och dåligt. Välj inte detta boende!

Loved the extra space over a regular hotel. The patio was very nice to enjoy a glass of wine and reading my book. Very close to everything.

O hotel é bem localizado, aconchegante e moderno, mas algumas coisas merecem ser ressalvadas. Não tem elevador, então foi um pouco ruim subir com as malas, pois fiquei no 2° andar e uma outra família do meu grupo no 3° andar, portanto, é cansativo a subida e descida de malas; O serviço de limpeza é feito só de 3 em 3 dias, mas as toalhas foram trocadas antes, pelo menos. A reserva foi para 5 pessoas, portanto foram 2 suítes acopladas, mas a segunda suíte ficava com água fria se alguém tivesse tomando banho ao mesmo tempo na primeira suíte. Ou seja, para usar o chuveiro do 2° banheiro tinha que esperar a pessoa do 1° banheiro acabar.

Boas acomodações.

Super confortável, limpo, moderno. Localização BOA, tem de andar um pouco até o centro, mas subindo tem a rua movimentadíssima a noite e de restaurantes na Politécnica. Muito perto Pombal, acesso para tudo. Única observação - escadas, quem tem muitas malas e idosos, tem de pagar escadas até o apartamento. Cozinha completa no meu quarto, com uma varanda sensacional e piscina... isto mesmo.

Loved it! Would Stay Again

The Flats are fantastic. Everything is modern and clean. The Flat was well-equipped and it had good WiFi. Isabel and the other staff were warm, welcoming, and did a lot to make our stay a success. Location was excellent: close to things a tourist would like to see and the neighborhood was pleasant. I booked a flat facing the square because I wanted the city experience. I will admit that there was a lot of traffic on the square, well into the night. However, the windows were thick and cancelled most of the sound. However, if you are a light sleeper, you might want to book a flat that doesn't face the street. Another caveat is that there are no elevators, so you will be carrying your luggage up at least two flights of stairs. This was not an issue for me, but if you can't carry your luggage, you might want to look elsewhere. If I return to Lisbon, my first choice will be to book again at Charm Flats.

Fina hotellrum. Vi bodde på högsta våningen som hade en trevlig takterass. Det var smala, långa trappor att gå upp för, men det var det värt. Det var lite krångligt att bära upp den tunga väskan bara då det inte fanns någon hiss.

Tranquilidade e eficiência

Ótima localização, próximo de linha de Metro. O centro histórico fica poucos minutos de distância. Ótimo para caminhada pela Av. Liberdade, com várias lojas, cafés e restaurantes pela redondeza. Inicialmente pegamos um apartamento menor, com quarto e sala. Mas foi-nos oferecido, gentilmente pela Sra. Isabel, um up grade para um apartamento maior, este com cozinha, dotado de fogão e microondas. É possível solicitar café da manhã no local. Nós, particularmente, optamos por preparar nossos lanches e as vezes tomamos cafés nas dezenas de padarias/pastelarias de Lisboa. Chuveiro muito bom no banheiro. Wi Fi sempre funcionando. Local tranquilo. Recomendamos.

SITIO EXCEPCIONAL Y GENTE ENCANTADORA

Apartamentos muy bien ubicados, con personal encantador, muy nuevos. Unico incoveniente es que hay un local de fiesta justo debajo y si es fin de semana por las noches en la primera planta se escucha.
