"The property is VERY close to the airport. I would have walked but had heavy luggage. The apartment was clean and the host was very friendly and accommodating. She helped me book a taxi for the morning ride to the airport and made sure to greet me when I arrived. It's on a busy road and there are only a few restaurants nearby, but it's a great place to stay for a modest price if you want to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. I was happy to have stayed there. "

"Access to the property is a little bit unusual in that you need to check in at a hotel first and then move over to the actual apartment, but instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, and in an area of Venice very easily walkable to the major tourist areas while still being very calm and quiet. Exactly what we needed!"

"When we arrived on the train we decided to walk instead of taking the water bus. It was about a 22 min walk having to carry luggage up and down various small bridges and through narrow streets. "Alejandro fue muy servicial y atento desde antes de llegar a su hospedaje. La habitación es impecablemente limpia, organizada y muy bonita. El host tuvo cortesía con nosotros dejándonos, café, bebidas y galletas. El alojamiento está completamente equipado con suficientes toallas, almohadas, sabanas, productos de aseo y secador de pelo. "This place was charming! And Noel, the caretaker, not only keeps it immaculate and in good repair, he was also very friendly and helpful. It was so very quiet there, we were able to sleep long to get over jet lag sooner."

"I’m so glad we found this place to stay in: historic building, modern and maintained very well. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Lots of on site facilities that we hadn’t expected. Very easy for water bus and water taxis.. 1 min walk!! The centre of Venice and all attractions are easily reachable on foot. Lovely breakfast included. Would honestly recommend this to anyone travelling to Venice.. families/ couples and solo travellers. "

"The room was ready when we arrived a little early for check in which was very welcome. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and had all we needed for a two night stay and a lovely view of the canal. There is no lift which didn't bother us with our small cases but it was a problem for a fellow guest with a big case. I am sure there is a light on the stairs but we couldn't find it when we were coming down early in the morning!"
