It’s not luxurious, but it’s in very good condition, with clean rooms, breakfast included, and a pool for a refreshing dip after a hot day. The staff are always helpful and willing to assist. We used the laundry service, which cost 50,000 Vietnamese dong per kilogram (less than two US dollars), and our clothes were returned the next day. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Hoi An."

"Lovely luxury hotel by the river with amazing and helpful staff, beautiful pool on the roof and we had a balcony looking out on the river. Highly recommend the amazing breakfast and the staff also offered to make me special dishes as I’m vegetarian. It’s a short walk to the bustling market area where the lantern festival takes place at night, We had free loan of bicycles to get around and We had a free private car to the airport. Would definitely stay at this tranquil oasis"

"We loved our stay at Bonsai Villa. Great location - only a short walk from the old town across the bridge, but far quieter and plenty of options to eat within a few minutes walk. The hosts & staff were very friendly and helpful, including recommendations and transfer bookings. Great, tasty options for breakfast. And the pool was great, especially for the kids and after a busy morning / day. And rooms were spacious. Would highly recommend, especially for families."

"A beautiful family owned business who were extremely accommodating and had the warmest energy. Our room was an amazing size and the distance from the Homestay to the market was a leisurely stroll. The room was clean and provided fresh towels on a daily basis however, the air did have a sense of humidity within the room but this did not distract from the warm and generous spirit of the owners. "This hotel is stunning. A beautiful boutique oasis and the pictures do not do justice. I ended up paying more upon arrival for a higher floor room overlooking the courtyard so I could get a quiet nights rest. Bed was comfortable, staff was attentive and AC worked great. Breakfast was above average. The only improvement for me would be for the hotel to offer an adults only time at the pool. There was always kids there and it wasn't relaxing because of that. It's a 15 minute walk to old town and...
