"Pontos positivos: localização excelente, prédio bonito e novo, espaço do quarto muito confortável.
Pontos negativos: o prédio ainda está em construção e havia barulho e funcionários de obra nas garagens e varandas, chuveiro muito fraco e vazamento embaixo da pia.
Ganhamos 15% de estorno pelos transtornos, mas ainda assim fica o ponto negativo pois a propriedade não deveria alugar um apto com obras acontecendo no local, isso foi um descaso com o cliente."

"O quarto para 4 muito pequeno. Chuveiro frio ou muito quente. Chegamos às 03h30, pois estávamos em festa de 15 anos e ficamos 1 hora chamando atendente para abrir a porta, ele estava trancado no banheiro, fora do hotel, fazendo não sei o que. Um descaso completo. Quando saiu do banheiro, de tanto baterem na porta, saiu com uma toalha cobrindo o rosto, mal conseguia abrir a porta para entrarmos. "
