Gostei do hotel, acho que poderia ter mais opções de quartos família, com opções de cama de casal e solteiro na mesma acomodação. Com relação ao serviço de manobrista, os mesmos tem que ter mais cuidado na hora de puxar o freio de estacionamento. De resto o hotel é muito bom, num ótimo lugar.

Não tinha toalha de rosto e nem piso de banheiro. Ao solicitar, a atendente disse que, por se tratar de um hotel econômico não ofereciam. Depois pedimos comida para entregar no quarto (pagamos a taxa de R$5),mas não entregaram. Meu marido teve que buscar no restaurante e a atendente disse que a taxa eles convertem em um suco ou água quando o cliente vai buscar a comida. Faltou clareza em relação a não entrega da comida no quarto e, ainda, cobram por um serviço que não executam. Quarto barulhento, isolamento acústico péssimo tanto pra rua quanto pro quarto de cima. Também tivemos que reclamar do barulho do quarto de cima quase meia noite. Enfim, Primeira e última vez neste hotel!
