The front desk informed us tha despite having booked two rooms at the same time ,there were on different floors .They also informed us that there was no room for our rented car so we had to park on the street ,and that this was the policy.When asked to talk yo the manager they said he was not in the hotel ,but there was nothing they could do and that the were acting according to procedure .My husband had to beg for a parking space that cost 45 reales .the rooms were clean ,but there was a moist smell on the hallways and the rooms had cracks on the ceelings . There was only one comforter in the room despite having two beds .Breakfast was decent .Pricey hotel for what they offer .

This place was horrible. My girlfriend and I couldn’t get any rest due to the amount of people who rented rooms to party on our floor. On top of the lazy woman at the front desk told my girlfriend like a lazy idiot that my reservation was only for 1 day and not 2 because she couldn’t being herself to check the booking. My girl got pissed off called me a liar and left. so thanks to that dummy at the front desk and not doing her due diligence out of sheer lazyness I have to go and get another girlfriend…go figure, forget this place and the staff they suck

A equipe não falava as mesmas informações. Cada atendente tinha uma versão diferente das nossas dúvidas. Os cartões de acesso não acessavam os elevadores e não abriam a porta do quarto.Tivemos que ir na recepção varias vezes. A tv do quarto nao tinha internet. Mesmo com o cartão funcionando, a fechadura da porta estava com problema e a porta emprrrava para abrir.

Quarto é bom . Porém sem muita acústica . 6 hs da manhã a gente ouvia cadeiras e barulhos do andar de cima. O cheiro de esgoto vinha do banheiro , estacionamento pago r$45,00 a diária que não fala nos dados do hotel . Café excelente !! Itens pequenos que podem ser corrigidos!!! No demais muito bom !!!

Bom café da manhã, quarto com boa decoração. Hotel bonito, mas há problema de manutenção e atendente noturno péssimo. Dos 3 elevadores, um parado, outro as teclas dos andares 3 e 4 não funcionam. O quarto que me deram o ar condicionado não funcionou, a solicitar solução, fui trocado de quarto somente após discutir com o recepcionista da noite que achou estar fazendo um "favor" em trocar de quarto. Lastimável. Academia bem limitada, sala de jogos com mesa de tênis de mesa em mal estado. Mesa de sinuca bonita, mas não joguei. Estacionamento mais caro que hotéis de padrão superior. Não pretendo voltar.

Café da manhã nos 3 dias com todas as frutas ruins e passadas: mamão mofado, abacaxi com gosto ruim, o melão estava azedo já passado. Travesseiros muito desconfortáveis, duros. Mas o pior é o hoteis.com oferecer checkin antecipado de graça, upgrade de quarto e desconto de SPA e a recepção informar que nada disso é válido e tudo que for solicitdo deveria ser pago, que não há nenhum tipo de parceria ou benefícios com o hoteis.com.
