"Travelled with a 3 year old, would 100% return to this same location. The staff were amazing, kids were accepted everywhere (except the indoor heated pool sadly, although understandably cause it's a spa). The kids playground was wonderful with daily activities, engaged and kind care staff during the day. I didn't leave her with them unsupervised by a parent, but apparently you can. Loved the facility, our villa was perfect. Only thing that would make this better would be if the peacocks could be quiet at night, someone should let them know! Haha Wonderful experience, thank you for the amazing stay."

"We stayed there for the second time and love it. It's the perfect hotel stay for a couple looking for some relaxing down time. Great local restaurants and bars close by also. The issue this year was the hotel and pool bars are now including a 10% tip on all bills. This is not America so please stop this. If the service and product is good, then customers will tip. I had a very bad experience at the pool bar where a staff member had no idea what to do, and what to do with my order of ICE CREAM, so I sat for 10 minutes as a colleague was called - the cheek then to include a 10% tip for that kind of service - SERIOUSLY! The staff then ask if you would like the tip taken off which is awkward so most will leave it in. Not acceptable in our opinion and leaves a sour taste to an otherwise great experience."

"Really surprised that epic sana was so well run. Fine dining, Uddo and Lima restaurants were all excellent. If I’d been told that fine dining was Michelin star I wouldn’t have been surprised, really top notch. The uddo japanese restaurant was also so much better than the usual sticks and sushi that are standard fare in the west, we’ve been to Japan 4 times in the last 5 years and the uddo compared well. Facilities were excellent, we chose the epic sana as my wife likes fitness classes so was well catered for. The location just above a truly beautiful beach . Our first time in albufiera and we were stunned by the beaches. We will likely return soon."
