"This was a nice stay but I don’t think up to 5* standard. The service was bad at most restaurants and the food beyond the breakfast buffet was over-priced and average. This may well be advertising but the pools are freezing in April, so just a warning! The hotel is super modern and has comfortable facilities, but it lacked the luxury touch for us."

Took a couple of days and a few requests to get a highchair though and never received coffee pods for the machine despite asking a few times. "Stayed first two weeks of April and it was the perfect time to be in the Algarve. The Crowne Plaza exceeded all of our expectations.
