"Unfriendly office staff... not at all welcoming. Exposed wire on power strip was a fire hazard. Hard bed with extra large neck-breaking pillows. Rolled up a towel for a pillow instead. Worst of all… bugs and ants! Lots and lots of ants! Booked for three nights… wanted to leave immediately. Checked out after first night… On a positive note, Seven Eleven on first floor of building was convenient. Security guard was pleasant (much more so than office staff). Easy access to beach. "

"The condo itself was lovely. The location was good on the main street and we knew there was no easy beach access from there. This was balanced out by the lovely big pool it has. Here is where things went horribly awry. Unbeknownst to us the pool was closed for maintenance the day before we arrived for 6 weeks. Our host did not return any of our messages from the time we landed in Thailand. I still have not heard back from him. We would have cancelled our stay & booked elsewhere had we known we...

"It was very complicated. When we went to check in and shoed the staff our confirm reservation from Expedia, they didn't allow us to check in. They requested for another confirm document from the property which we didn't receive any email from the property. It took us almost 1 hour to check in."

"Booked this hotel through Expedia on the day of arrival. Upon arrival we found out this hotel does not even have a front desk nor do any of the employees there speak a word English. After trying to explain to workers who spoke no English that the room was booked online and paid they just simply walked away. To make a long story short we did not check in and was charged the full amount Contacted Expedia regarding this matter and a refund was denied. Stay away from hotel camchuri"

"Wir haben ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmer gebucht, dieses war auch geräumige und gut ausgestattet. Die Einrichtung war in Ordnung. Leider war der Pool in die Jahre gekommen, sodass sich auch schon die kleinen Kacheln lösten, die dann wiederum unangenehm waren, wenn man darauf getreten ist, daher haben wir unsere Kinder nur mit Wasserschuhe in den Pool gelassen und da der Chlorgehalt stark war, haben wir es bevorzugt zum Strand zu gehen.
