"We had a lovely stay at the farm and really enjoyed our time there. The cottages were simple in design but homely and well equipped. There are two cottages and a shared building with seating where breakfast is served. They all look over a small pond and are surrounded by the farm’s fields. "We booked this new hotel based on the great tripadviser ratings. But it turned out you can’t believe them. They have only two rooms which are complete, including fridge. Our first room had an issue with the front door (it was not possible to open the door), after complaining we got moved. "The staff was amazing! Wonderful customer service, and the food at the restaurants was delicious. The kindness of the staff from the restaurants, to the cleaning crew, and the front desk was superb. The staff is what made the experience the best and they deserve to know how much they matter in a guest's stay. The beach views were beautiful as well. A lovely stay!"

"Centara Hua Hin is just not the same nice place anymore that it used to be. We’ve stayed here numerous times since 1980/81 when it was still the Railway Hotel. These days it appears to be a bit too money-hungry. The main opportunity for improvement at this point is, in my opinion, to be honest with the guests and notify them in advance that there is a major construction project going on which eliminates the nicest pool and guests have to look at an ugly temporary wall instead. Offering rooms at discounted prices during the construction process would be another appropriate option. Because of these drawbacks it was probably our last stay at Centara"
