"We stayed for one evening,the hotel was busy as it was a Saturday but staff were polite and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor,large with a flush floor shower Generally clean although thick dust on lights and shades. We paid for breakfast on the day,the cooked is ยฃ16.99 which our friends had.We had the continental at ยฃ9.99 each,it was nice but disappointed as only pastries avaliable were croissants but others were on the menu,also no ham again on menu. Parking is a challenge but ยฃ5 to park overnight was well worth it."

"Property is amazing, the rooms and bed are plush and comfortable, its the first place ill check for availability if i am in the Portsmouth area, i highly highly recommend it. Third time staying here - firstly the two hosts are always welcoming but more importantly go out of their way to make sure you are both accommodated AND informed about everything you may need. We had an issue due to a booking mistake and they helped arrange something which they were not actually obligated to (i booked the wrong dates). Plenty of room in a seperate shared kitchen space if needed, games room and also a spa type area (i havent used it)."
