"Staff is so accommodating (Jade, Kate, Nick, Jennifer, Christian... just a few) the accommodations and amenities are nice , but she needs some attention. Side secured access door does not lock. Card reader functions, hardware mechanism doesn't latch/lock. Very important, false sense of security"

"The exit from the pool when you have wet feet is very dangerous... easy fix is just an indoor/outdoor rug. Surprised you haven't been sued with an injury. FIX IT!"
