The room was neat, however there wasn't any bedding for the sleeper sofa, and we had to get it from the front desk. I only really encountered one problem moment...the first morning, after my child spilled chips on the floor, I had told the morning desk person (a polite young lady) that we did not require any services other than have someone take out the garbage (which was neatly put in bags and tied) and fresh towels as we had used all of them the previous night.
I had also,, asked to use a vacuum yet did not need it right away. we were out until about 8pm and upon our return, the garbage and towels were where I left them. I went to the desk and informed them and asked for a vacuum. I was told that the desk folks could not enter the maids rooms to give me the vacuum, nor did they have a room. after a bit of persuading I finally got a broom without a dust pan. I was trying to keep our area clean, and the push back was annoying.
also one of the mornings, about 8:30 (breakfast till 9) the food was gone, minimal left, and when I asked the gal informed me that it was all done, and she wasn't going to make any more, and she continued to put all the food away.
