"I liked the cleanliness of the property. It was also good to have organic supermarket near by. The hotel is very stingy about toilet paper. Whenever asked for a refill, we were given a roll that was more than halfway used and even the original role that had been placed in our room was close to being done. It was annoying to have to keep going downstairs requesting for a new role, only to be provided with a used role that’s more than halfway used. "

"Just departed from a fantastic four night stay. We are traveling to five European cities, and this stop was to visit our college student studying abroad. We are traveling as husband and wife, with our 6’2” 17 yo son. We put a tremendous amount of effort into booking triple rooms that would accommodate us all. Hotel Piacenza was absolve expectations. The room we were given the first evening would have been great when our children were younger, but was extremely tight with three essentially adults. The manager was super kind and we were moved next door to a room the next morning that was exceptional. The staff are kind and helpful, and extremely hard working. This hotel is spotless. Delicious breakfast offering which was greatly appreciated. Air conditioning worked very well. Super comfortable stay near metro, great restaurants and even The Laundry Room coin laundry 10 min toward the University. We would definitely stay again. Thank you to all for such a wonderful leg of our trip!"

"Great Hotel in perfect location , only 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral which is a must to visit . Would suggest pre booking as it will beat the Queues . Now back to the Hotel , the complementary Breakfast is a mixture of Hot and cold with plenty of variety, also there is a mini bar in the room which again was complimentary . Cannot speak too highly of the staff especially the lady who cleaned our room she is a credit to the Hotel . Although there is an in house restaurant which unfortunately we run of nights to visit , there are plenty of restaurants nearby . Just be aware that the cover charge for each restaurant varies , but normally this also include Bread oil and vinegar , which is plentiful. I would suggest forego the starter if this is the case . The restaurants can be a little pricey looking over the main square , but off the squares prices for food and drink are no more expensive than in the UK , often cheaper . Milan is a great city to visit and don’t think you can beat Brunelleschi Hotel for a place to stay ."
