"We just stayed one night before a planned weekend on our way for a wedding at a nearby vineyard. This hotel was everything we expected. Welcoming service, comfortable room and nice breakfast. For our evening meal, the restaurant around the corner was recommended by front desk. A unique family run restaurant. Not sure it goes by the old name, but very easy to get to. Great place to stay."

"The property was nice with wonderful spa options. However, the rooms seemed a bit dated and certainly didn’t feel like a five star surroundings. However, the staff and daily breakfast were wonderful!"

"Not a 4 star hotel. Super dated old hotel and they don’t even try to maintain anything. When something breaks down, they don’t even try to fix it. We came into a hot room and the AC was not blowing, and they tried to gaslight me. Make me feel like I’m crazy. But we booked two rooms and the other room the AC was blowing just fine. They made it seem like we didn’t know how to use an AC and they did not change the room until the third time we asked. The balcony area looked really gross. Everything...

"I felt like the staff to guest ratio was 2/1 and everyone was most helpful and congenial we were in the penthouse riverside room with a private terrace and it was beautifully decorated and appointed. Such luxury. The 4 course breakfast was worth rolling out of the comfy bed for. We loved our stay and will recommend it to all of our friends. We watched the sunset on the wisteria canopied terrace each night of our stay and entertained our friends there. Thanks all"
