"Clean room, beautiful and big pool. Gym poorly equipped, you should have free weights, benches, and pull-up bar better than specific muscles focused machines. Tunisian kitchen was excellent. Nothing special about the international buffet. Staff service and behaviour was very disappointing. Some were professional, but few were heard saying negative comments and insults toward the clients who couldn't understand them, I understand Tunisian so it was sad to see this behaviour."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times , but this stay exceeded all of them . The hotel is being improved for the better ! The rooms are clean and spacious, our only quibble would be it needs more plug sockets ! The pool area is comfortable and clean , the lifeguard do an amazing job . The animation is the best we have seen in Tunisia, the team are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They work hard for early morning until late at night, hosting games and activities by day and amazing shows of an evening . A special shout out to Sunn for the fun times in Aquagym & Rami for bouchea. The restaurant is clean and spacious,.we always found our food hot and tasty & the deserts are delicious. We had to report a couple of issues to reception but these were dealt with professionally, quickly and to a high standard . We have booked to return next month & we are excited to see the newly renovated rooms and all the hotel team again ! Thankyou Palm Marina for an amzing holiday !"

"Had a fantastic stay! The manager, Amine, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The service was truly amazing, and both the hotel and food selection exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!"

"Nice complex with three great pools. Perfect location with a private beach. More than enough choice at the buffets, with every day a different menu. Very friendly staff. The hotel is very clean, with specious rooms. The hotel has an enthusiastic entertainment team, but also a very beautiful quiet pool. And for the (rare) cloudy days, there is an indoor pool. The grounds are very green and well kept. It’s also an excellent base for exploring the beautiful sights of Tunisia, such as Sousse, Kairouan, or Monastir. Port El Kantaoui is within walking distance, especially if you go along the beach."
