beautiful room with view of the ocean. Wonderful property, with friendly staff and excellent buffet for food. So many options! Nice to have music and entertainment in the lobby in the evening. I would stay again for sure if back in Sousse area.

I have to say one of the best places I have ever stayed in. From the moment we walked through the door and greeted by the helpful staff, the smiles and just warm welcoming to the spectacular room with such an amazing view. Food was phenomenal and there was plenty of it. Room was very clean the cleaning staff were such nice people. It is such a huge hotel and the so was fantastic also. Private beach, great food, great views, great people what more could you ask for. Would recommend to anyone visiting Tunisia

Beautiful resort with lots of activities to do on the resort and on the beach, favorite was parasailing. It’s family friendly with a water part on site and a large pool. A really beautiful place and the staff were equally great. Enjoyed my stay!

This Is a Decent Place In Kantaoui

Our stay was good. The staff were great and everyone put in a good effort to please the guests. Room perhaps was a bit less than expected but the balcony view was good and beds comfortable. Restaurants were fine, buffet perfectly adequate. Overall value was good. Only small complaint was noise from other rooms several nights.

Amazing hotel

We had an amazing experience in this hotel. Samia who was handling the room service did an amazing job by making sure that our room is perfectly clean (she is an amazing person ). Najib and monom who are working in the restaurant offered us an amazing service. I strongly recommend this hotel. Everyone was asking us if we are satisfied with anything we asked for and they were so proactive

A seamless resort experience

Lovely food, great service and super impressive atrium. Top tip: install Bolt App to make sure you get a more reliable, predictable taxi service. Turkish coffee in the lobby is great, machine coffee...not so much. Can recommend getting out to El Jem and Montasir if you can - we went via hire car. We had a grand time.

Not the greatest start when we found dirty towels in our room on the first day, slow response because of the time of day to fix it; dirty leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest (old yogurt in a bowl), dirty sheets. It wasn’t the best start. Had to ask for slippers but housekeeping afterwards refreshed it for us. Was happy with the help we received from housekeeping post our check in.

Had a lovely few days at Kantaoui bay. Hotel for price paid was excellent value at this time of year. Only downside was, the weather was a bit cool and not enough facilities/ entertainment information given/ provided. Otherwise if you’re there for a bit of relaxation, the thermal spa and massage is a good option. Very quiet surroundings, nothing much going on outside. But cheap enough to get taxi to sousse . Good choice and quality was better than expected and plenty of choice

Beautiful property, great location, beautiful beach and hotel. Hedi and Hadir at reception were amazing and took great care of us. Many activities including jet skiing, parasailing and catamaran boat ride all available at the property. Getting pool towels can be a struggle as the close the towel hut early and many times in the day. They also count how many bath towels they give you at the room which gets annoying if you take multiple showers in the day as it’s over 100 degrees. Outside of that, they have a huge buffet with nearby options as well as 2 restaurants, Italian and Tunisian both were good not great. They also have hookah for an extra charge. Overall, you are here for the beach so I would highly recommend it.

Quality has degraded compared to last year

Quality has degraded compared to last year's. The room was ok but there were no amenities. Food is OK but the restaurant is very noisy / crowded. Animation for children is low quality. Pool was ok. Checkin was very slow. They were even questioning a third room we reserved. The guy in the front door was asking for a voucher to let us in while he was having the list of all guests. He could simply've asked our names. Parking lot is limited to few vehicles. Prices are a bit high compared to other hotels in the region and other countries.

Overall a very enjoyable and pleasant stay. The hotel is not 5 stars, but the staff at the hotel make it what it is. Check in was slightly delayed due to the number of clients arriving. My room was very spacious, clean with a comfortable bed. Food ok, but got a little repetitive due to my food allergies. The hotel is quiet and peaceful with lots of sun loungers. The animation team are excellent and I enjoyed my daily morning yoga/gentle exercises. The only negatives aspect is where they display their daily programmes. I think it should be given to the clients when they check in so they know what the activities and when. I missed a couple of classes because of that issue. For getting around, I suggest you use the Bolt app because the prices are cheaper. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would go again

I visited Iberostar in December for my first solo all-inclusive trip (half board) and paid £200 for 5 days, 4 nights. Later, a friend joined me, and we wished we could’ve extended our stay! From check-in to check-out, the staff were exceptional, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout. Housekeeping & Hospitality: Special thanks to Radhia and Marwa for their warm smiles every morning and excellent room upkeep. Their thoughtful touches like nuts, fruits, and roses, along with travel recommendations, were much appreciated. Front of House Staff: Shoutout to Rahma at guest services for her hospitality and hammam recommendations. Entertainment: Each night offered unique shows, with Bollywood and Brazilian nights being my favorites. Ilyes was especially welcoming, informing me about morning yoga and the games room, and his dancing was a highlight. Hamet was also very friendly. Hotel, Room & Spa: My 4th-floor room had breathtaking sunrise views and was well-maintained daily. The spa, hammam, and sauna were great for £37, though the hammam felt a bit rushed. Food: Both buffet and à la carte options (Italian & Tunisian) were excellent. The steak at the Italian restaurant stood out, alongside the garlic soup and lasagna. The winter weather was mild—perfect for summer clothes by day and a shawl at night. Overall, an amazing stay with lovely staff, great food, and fantastic entertainment!

​The food at the hotel was excellent, and the service was outstanding, with a very friendly and kind staff. The hotel's location in Kantaoui is fantastic, offering easy access to the beach. A special thanks to Naziha, the room maid, for the excellent cleaning.
