The staff and front desk where the only good things about this property. The food was horrible had to eat out most of the time and not enough security are party had problems with men talking videos and photos without permission and even of children. There are serious issues that need to be corrected.

This hotel is still great but it’s definitely not as impressive as it was last time I stayed in September of 2022. There’s less food choice in the dining area and no option for all inclusive including alcohol. The facilities are still exceptional along with the staff though.

The rooms were dirty, shower didn’t work properly, air con didn’t work, unable to get clean towels even when we complained to reception they shouted and said we didn’t give them back we had now towels to give back. Two lady’s and one towel. Food was awful never ate there the smell from the restaurant put us off. Would never return.

One of the worst hotels in Sousse. No Wifi!!!!

One of the worst hotels in Sousse. The carpeted in the rooms was disgusting. The condition of the hotel was appalling. The food was good. I saw a hotel employee hold a young black man (who was getting food for dinner) by the arm. It appeared to me an act of racism. The hotel's wifi does not work.

Good stay, friendly staff

Overall our stay has been lovely, the staff can’t do enough to help, all very friendly, definitely deserve their tips. The animation team all work hard to try to encourage everyone to participate both during the day & evening. The food was all good, a shame the fresh omelettes stopped at breakfast, food was starting to be labelled as the stay went on as difficult to guess what was being served. The restaurant staff all worked hard & constantly keeping the table areas tidy. The pool & beach areas were both clean & plenty of sun beds available (in June) A few negatives were that the rooms were very dated, the aircon not so great in rooms, the Wi-Fi only worked in the reception area & then hit & miss due to the amount of people using it. I booked through hotels.com so wasn’t given the option of all inclusive so had to buy our own alcohol. Overall it was a good holiday, you get what you pay for

Bel emplacement, mais plusieurs déceptions

L’hôtel est bien situé, avec une plage privée appréciable et un personnel très gentil. Le lieu est sécurisé, ce qui est un bon point. Cependant, plusieurs éléments m’ont déçu. J’avais expressément demandé une chambre rénovée, comme présentée sur les photos, mais cela n’a pas été respecté. De plus, je n’ai pas vu de minigolf sur place, contrairement à ce qui était mentionné. Côté repas, le buffet est varié mais manque de goût – on mange sans réel plaisir. Le ménage dans la chambre aurait aussi mérité plus d’attention. Un cadre prometteur, mais l’expérience globale ne suit pas totalement.

Pas satisfaisant voire décevant ; serviettes non changées pendant tout le séjours, pas de climatisation, mauvaise odeur insupportable se dégageait de la salle de bain, chaise cassée pendant mon absence puis reprise sans être remplacée, le lendemain à 15h la femme de ménage ouvre la porte sans toquer entre ( je sortais de la douche) elle demandait si je veux qu'elle qu'elle fasse la chambre en ma présence alors que j'étais en ville toute la matinée jusqu'à 14h40 et pas de carton rouge sur la porte! au bar on m'a refusé deux fois une bouteille d'eau avant 10h 30 du soir alors que j'avais mal à la tête et que j'ai expliqué que je monte dormir! refus de fournir une facture; la personne qui s'en charge n'est jamais là , pareil pour les réclamations y a toujours pas celle qui s'en occupe... Je paie mon séjour en euro et voilà comment ils accueillent les gens.

Wij komen al elf jaar in El Mouradi Port el Kantaoui. We hebben een perfecte vakantie beleefd. Enige minpunt is dat het oud is en tijd tijp is om de kamers te vernieuwe. Eten is gewoon goed en veel keuze. Personeel werken se gehele dag hard om de gasten naar hun zin te maken. Goed familie hotel.
