"Lighting is strange. Amenities were not that good. Housekeeper threw away a box FULL of medical devices that I needed and then denied it. That wasn’t good. Coffee maker was not clean. Towels were thin. But great location. Large room. Nice owners with cute dogs… breakfast was OK and we never used the Spa so cannot comment on that. Overall it was “fine”."

"We spent four nights in a double room with breakfast. Our room was very comfortable and exactly as we would have expected for this hotel. Breakfast was quite good but as a small hotel lacked some of the breadth of options that might be found in larger establishments. The extra charging for egg orders was a shame. "Its in a very good, quiet and accessible location near the train station and next to a canal. You can access it with just a short walk from taxi, train, or water taxi - which is convenient both coming and going. In our case we were just laying over to catch a cruise so the ability to get a water taxi from the aiport and then a regular taxi to the port in the morning was very helpful . "Fantastic location right on the canal by the rialto bridge! It was great being able to walk right out of the room into the heart of the city. Easy access to everything and boat transportation to get in and out for travel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Great views from the rooftop bar!"
