"We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. The location was ideal for walking to all of the sites, but it was also very easy to hop on a bus, train, or taxi right outside the property. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Rome!"

"I liked the location near Travestere. Bathroom sink was not drained well. Cleanness is just ok for air b&b style. This is not a hotel. There is not enough space to leave cosmetics or toiletry or carrier in the both bathroom and room. Room is very small if you have more than 3 ppl with luggages. Our room door made squeaky sounds, and I could hear other room’s sound as well. Property manager respond quickly to your message through Whatsapp though."

The only two things I'd suggest improving: first, update the signage with directions on how to turn the AC on and off, as the button is very small and located at the top, which some guests may struggle to find. Second, consider upgrading the pillow selection. The two memory foam pillows are fine for some, but having at least one large, traditional comfort pillow would make a big difference for guests who prefer something softer and more voluminous. "Walkable to many tourist spots with a cafe 1 meter from the front door. The dome ceiling in one of the bedrooms was reminiscent of Ancient Rome, unfortunately so was the door going into it (under 6-foot clearance and I’m over 6’ tall!) 😂 This is an apartment with no staff on-hand, but they are immediately available via WhatsApp. Only inconvenience was storing luggage 20 minutes away without a courtesy vehicle to bring it. The location was perfect to explore Rome by walking, and the AC and amenities (kitchen, coffee machine, biscuits and croissants) were a great bonus.
