"Don’t read in to the negativity! It’s a picturesque location, with nice comfortable rooms and great aircon! The staff are lovely, the cocktails are good and the food offering is great (for Samoa). To save you the search, this hotel is no longer the Sheraton Samoa Beach resort. It changed hands in Dec 2025. But don’t let that deter you. Every staff member was so friendly, welcoming, and professional, quick and efficient the housekeeping team. Even when I made last-minute room cleaning requests, they responded so fast and always did an excellent job. "our room was very clean. the two bedroom cottage was nice for our family of four. we stayed just one night before we flew back to the mainland after a two week vacation on the north shore. "All rooms had an ocean view. Very spacious and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were close to the rest of our party who had booked separately. Even though it was busy the design of the towers made it not feel crowded at all. The pools were perfect with amazing sunsets! We were within a very short walk you our outstanding back to back Pink Sails turtle snorkeling and then coming off one of their boats to hop on another one to go on a whale watching tour. "They keep chickens on the property, probably to have fresh eggs. That's fine, BUT they have a couple of roosters. Well, the roosters are literally screaming at 2:30 in the morning non-stop - hard to stay asleep. Ridiculous!"
