"The hotel is not 5 star even tho Expedia rates it this way. Rooms are beyond basic and no frills at this hotel. Would not recommend if you are looking for somewhere nice to stay. "

"Very beautiful property overall and great location! The one bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 4 with two teens. Really loved the restroom in our suite. Huge and had some nice upgrades like motion censored lights when you entered. The outside walking path was wonderful along the coast, and we took advantage of that. Staff was extremely helpful and I left a ballcap one day at the beach and one of the beach staff members kept it safe for me. Our 16 year old also lost her AirPod case which...

"Excellent room. Corner room was very good for work meetings while family slept in adjacent area. Nice kitchenette. Delicious food and drinks both with in room service and poolside. Only issues were cash-only tipping (couldn’t add to bill and pay with credit card), pool was a little crowded, and valet was a zoo during peak checkout times. "

"オーシャンフロントの部屋で予約しました。
クローゼットのドアを開ければお風呂からでも海が見えるという特別感がありました。
黙っていれば日に２回はハウスキーピングに来てくれるので、ゴミが溜まったり、水がなくなったりとかなく、常に良い状態をキープできました。水は本当にドンドン追加してくれるので、買う必要なかったです。
トイレがまぁまぁ排水管臭いのと、お風呂の水圧が低めなのが若干残念ですが、改装したとは言え、根っこは古い建物ですので致し方ないかなと思います。
お店によっては、あまり感じの良くない接客の方も若干数いましたが、おおよそ気持ちの良い応対で、誇りをもって対応してくださる品格を感じました。"
