"Clean the hot tub/spa! There is mold/algae/dirt all around the intake at the bottom of the spa/hot tub. Clean/add chlorine to the pool. It's very cloudy and our skin itched after we got out and went back to our room. Also, our room keys stopped working early this morning and we had to get the house cleaning people to get us into our room twice. All in all, this was a disappointing stay, especially by the standards we have become accustomed to at Hilton properties!"

"I would not recommend this hotel, unless there were no other decent choices. The front desk wasn't friendly or particular helpful both days we were there. "When we booked our stay at the Imperial Resort we relied heavily on reviews posted and I hope this review is helpful to someone else. Firstly, we are a family of 4 with two teenagers. Space for each of them for sleep and 2 bathrooms is top on our list when we travel. We stayed in a Palm suite and were very happy that it checked off each of these requirements having a separate bedroom for us and then a Murphy bed (so easy to use and put away daily! ) and a queen sized sofa bed for our kids....
