The BnB is tastefully appointed - understated and comfortable - in keeping with its location in central Barcelona. Friends of ours stayed here a few years ago and give Circa 1905 rave reviews. "Very much enjoyed our stay. 4 star rating, there was a couple of disappointments. No bellman upon arrival so we had to struggle with our luggage. We couldn’t get into our room until 6 pm so we had a round or two of drinks in the rooftop restaurant. Hotel comp us one round which was appreciated. Rooms are beautiful. "The place is conveniently located and the staff were helpful and quick to respond. We appreciated access to free laundry services in the building, including a dryer, and the back patio area. It is worth mentioning that we experienced one issue with very small ants coming in near the balcony door and through the flooring by the window, so we had to be cautious with food. Additionally, the breaker needed to be reset a couple of times. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."

"Check-in was a breeze. We arrived about 10am from a 15 night cruise. Although we couldn’t get into our rooms right away, they did store the luggage for us. This allowed us to leisurely shop/window shop/grab a bite to eat. They called within 2-3 hours to let us know our rooms were ready. Excellent location. Spacious rooms.
