"In our many years of travel, staying in different hotels, we have not seen as friendly or as polite or as accommodating a staff as in Como metropolitan. We really felt very special. "夜中飛ぶ飛行機で来たためにシンガポールへの到着が早朝となり、事前にアーリーチェックインが可能ならお願いしたい旨を伝えていた。しかしホテルに到着すると満室状態でアーリーチェックインができないことがわかった。その可能性は知らされていたので仕方なく荷物を預けて出ていこうとしたら、ちょうどチェックアウトする客が出たから急いで部屋の清掃させると言って、結局ほとんど待ち時間なくアーリーチェックインをさせてもらえた。アクセスも良い、朝食も良い、対応も良い、大満足でした。"

Their easy access to one of Singapore's massive connected walkways, from the Kempinski you can get to at least 4 malls and two MRT stations without ever needing to go outside. "First time my family stayed here. We were offered an upgrade upon arrival but decided not to take it. The room was quite old but comfortable, so 2 days later we decided to see if we would want to take the upgrade. The Duty Manager, Fadzrul, very kindly took us to look at 3 rooms before we chose the Family Room at no extra charge. All the counter staff were so nice but Fadzrul was extra nice & clear in his explanations & help. The hotel is near MRT & has a 7-11 attached & is convenient to travel to all the places we wanted to go to. It is informal & nice & family-friendly & the cost of staying there is one of the more budget-friendly in Singapore for a bigger hotel. Overall happy & would stay again."
