"Great service & convenient airport shuttle"

"Room is clean and spacious. Staff are great. To avail for airport shuttle, staff assisted in purchasing ticket for 5euro. Hotel is far from the city centre, but train ride and bus ride from the airport is ver easy and fast. Bus schedule times maybe a little bit delayed sometimes (5mins the most). Highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Amsterdam is a great city to visit, people are friendly, so many nice places to see. Food culture is alao great. Will definitely visit amsterdam again."

"It’s quite a way out from the centre but the tram stop is very close and easy to use to get in. It’s a budget hotel and you get what you pay for but we found the staff to be very helpful. The room and public areas were all very clean. There were some rowdy guests on our last night (A Saturday) but the staff were very quick to deal with them firmly. Would recommend for a value stay in Amsterdam."

"The room was very small. The bathroom even smaller. The mattress was about four inches on a platform and the blanket so thin, I had to double it up. The transport bus which is why I picked the hotel was unreliable on timing. Very cheap, so set your expectations accordingly. "

"We were stranded by our airline in Amsterdam so I used Expedia to book a stay at the Ramada. It's less than 3km from the airport and considerably less than the 590 euro rate quoted by the Sheraton. Expedias was quick and efficient as usual. The Ramada front desk person who checked us in was amazing. We were so tired from hours of traveling and his english was impeccable, he communicated clearly and really made us feel welcome and safe. There were 3 of us and there was one room left with 3 twin beds so that was amazing luck. The only issue we had was that one of the twin beds looked like someone slept in it. It had hair and lint all over it. We felt that was gross so my adult daughter slept on top of the blankets with her clothes on and we shared my blanket. We didn't complain at the time because we were exhausted and only there for 8 hours. The shower was good although trying to figure it out was a small challenge."
