"Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. "Should be called PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW even though the listing was titled oceanview. Otherwise the place was huge and the best part was the staff who were super friendly. It’s in a secluded cove which means that other than the food they have (which isn’t included, and is reasonable but expensive by Mexico standards) you’re probably taking a 10 minute taxi for a cappuccino etc. The breakfast was yummy. "Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!"

"Our apartment was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. New modern building. The hosts were very responsive, hospitable and accommodating. The place is in a convenient location (less than a 10 minute walk to the supermarket and a 10 minute taxi ride to the main plaza and the beach). The area is safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
