"We stayed 7 nights in a room facing the pool and the beach. Our stay did not include the all inclusive. This location is about a 10 minute drive from the downtown area, $100 Pesos taxi ride. On the plus side - beautiful location with stunning views and beach. Very quiet and peaceful. No loud music. Common areas well maintained. Never seemed busy. Always able to get lounge chairs both at pool and beach. Front desk service was very good. Litai was very helpful. She took the extra step to got us out of a bind twice. Great AC, beautiful view from room and good TV. We only ate once at the resort at the poolside patio. Meal was excellent. On the opportunity for improvement side - Rooms are very dated. Tiled floors need a deep cleaning. Hot water most of the time. Room cleaning was inconsistent. We only had one lunch meal at the resort because the prices are double anywhere else outside the resort. "

"This property is beautiful and very well kept. I think every room has an ocean view but not all rooms have a balcony. I wish we had paid extra for one, as it would have been nice to sit there in the evening. The property is VERY hilly and there are lots of stairs and ramps. They have little shuttle carts that take you everywhere and there are lots of them. You can call for one and they'll be there really quickly, sometimes before you can get outside. The beaches are beautiful and immaculate. There's 4 beaches, but the smallest one is not a swimming beach. The beach by the Mexican restaurant has a coral reef that you can walk out to and see lots of fish. We always found seating on one of the three beaches. There's lots of palapas and lounge chairs. Drink service is frequent and fast. Same at the pools. The pools are all close together and far from the rooms. If you forgot something in your room it's a long way back. The food was just okay and got repetitive. I'm a vegetarian & I struggled to find things without meat. They mislabeled things sometimes that appeared vegetarian but weren't. We should have booked more a la carte dinners as the Kasbah was really good. There was even a belly dancer. But even there, the vegetarian soup had meat in it! The resort isn't walking to distance to any restaurants but you can take a cab into town for about 100 pesos. It's about 10 minutes away. The shows are okay, just basic. All the food closes at 10:30 even the snack bar."

"The hotel is right by the ocean, with a lovely beach within 5 minutes walk. The staff are friendly and helpful, the place is very quiet and good for restful sleep after a fun -filled day. "

"Property was beautiful, but not advertised unfortunately.. beach access was a view and no access and tgstcwas very important to us as we had planned on snorkeling a lot on this vacation and at this resort. Unfortunately that willnever hsppen with littel no access and even if possible huge big bolders and rocks woukd stop you you big time from getting in . Arrived late afternoon to only kitchen in place already closed fir the day after 4 pm . No other options around this place , especially with no car . Rooms was old fashioned and very dated . Bad water pressure at all times and littel to no hot water unfortunately. The bed was old and like lying on the hard tile floor and ruined my sleep and back so bad by 5 am , that I was unable to sleepnor walk very well by the am . My bad back was now much worse . Ac was ok , but tv was terrible and coukd barly see or understand as its all in spanish . I know we in Mexico but the tv was older then my 15 year old son and was probably a 20 inch tv in top left corner ..couldn't even see it or hesrvit from anywhere in room . Over all was not happy or satisfied with this place or rooms thst desperately needing to be brought into the 2020 era at very least .. many mounds and stairs to climb every time we left . No elevator. Staff was friendly and understanding to my concerns and we insisted on leaving the next day to kore suitable accommodations to enjoy our trip as planned . As well trying to get our refund after many days was difficult. "
