Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve had. The address provided was inaccurate or extremely unclear — even a native taxi driver could not locate the property. We drove around repeatedly and tried contacting the hotel with no response. There was no visible signage, no clear directions, and no assistance. I ultimately had to find another hotel at night, which was stressful and unnecessary. Travelers should be very cautious before booking here. Basic location transparency and communication were completely lackin
