This was our third time at this resort, but we will probably go somewhere else next time.
The Good: Both the pool and the beach areas are huge, and they have plenty of lounge chairs and shady huts. The bartenders are very friendly, and they make delicious drinks quickly and efficiently. The entertainment team is always great and we have a lot of fun with their games and shows. The property is beautiful, and the rooms are 11/10 clean each day when you return to them.
The Bad: The food has never been great at any of the all-inclusives we have stayed at in the Cancun area. But my wife and I both got food poisoning from the Brazilian restaurant this time, which soured our short trip. Also, we love that there is beautiful wildlife on the resort, like peacocks, flamingos, parrots, and agoutis. But the coatis have visibly multiplied and it is a bit gross seeing them jumping on people's pool towels and digging in the trash cans.
We love Cancun and we will be back! But perhaps we will spend a bit more next time in an attempt to get higher quality food.
