"Should be called PARTIAL OCEAN VIEW even though the listing was titled oceanview. Otherwise the place was huge and the best part was the staff who were super friendly. It’s in a secluded cove which means that other than the food they have (which isn’t included, and is reasonable but expensive by Mexico standards) you’re probably taking a 10 minute taxi for a cappuccino etc. The breakfast was yummy. "Very nice boutique hotel with nine rooms on a bluff overlooking Conejos Bay. Excellent pool and about a 15 minute walk along a steep trail down to the beach. Room was very nice and many rooms have ocean views. Nice breakfast is included. Food and drinks in the restaurant were also excellent. Staff were very helpful and service was great. "Very clean room, friendly staff, great location. It is comfortable and great for cooking meals. We were in a 3 bedroom Villa, the bedrooms were air conditioned but not the rest of the apartment. The ceiling fans and patio doors made it a comfortable temperature. Good value for a clean (not super fancy) and quiet apartment!"
