People talking, dragging luggage, and housekeeping carts make more noise than you’d think when trapped in a rectangular indoor courtyard. "The Overnight Desk Clerk tried to charge me extra money for "taxes" as I checked out of the room , which I found to be extremely unconventional for a hotel such as this one. "The room was tolerable, the bathtub had rust. Breakfast had minimal options, only thing hot was waffles that you make in the waffle maker. No protein. The environment of the hotel outside the room was absolutely terrible, some areas smelled like urine. Never aging!"

"DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. This motel is horrible and I would not recommend anyone stay here. They gave us a dirty room at first, one of the beds looked like someone had just gotten out of it. Then the second room was barely cleaned. There were cigarette burns in the sheets. We were too afraid to sleep under the covers. "This hotel has a vintage, boutique feel. The bar is also where you check in and is open 7am-11pm. Make sure to ask for the WiFi password when you check in. There is only street parking available. The rooms are small but cozy. The staff is very friendly. The location is within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, as well as the St Charles trolley."
