"the elevators were broken, we had to carry all our (heavy) suitcases up 4 flights of stairs for 6 people. It was super hot in the hallways, no AC, the room room was cool at least. I wish we knew it was going under renovations or we would have stayed elsewhere"

Then when I checked with the night shift staff, as I ended up leaving at 3am, the other girl had never even passed on that...

"Room had a sour smell and noticed the sheets and blanket on the bed had a sour smell, like they were left on the washing machine too long then placed in the dryer. They brought just sheets we had to change them ourselves and they didn’t even remove the sour sheets from our room. Not a pleasant stay this time will be finding another place to stay when I return."

"The French Market Inn was beautiful, the location was great, and the staff were excellent. Our plane landed early so we went to drop off our luggage and go explore the French Quarter til check-in. They had a room available and let us check-in early."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at the Cambria Hotel. The room was as pictured. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and linens were clean. The hotel was quiet: no children running the hallways, no voices or loud conversations heard through the walls, no dogs barking and no traffic noise. While the hallway was a little dark, it provided a moodiness to the feel of the hotel that captured the essence of New Orleans. The gym was small, but adequate especially for a hotel of this size.
