"I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property appears to be quite dated, and the cleanliness did not meet expectations. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet bowl had visible cracks, and the shower floor had noticeable yellow stains. The service was also lacking. Towels for the swimming pool took an unusually long time to arrive, and when we requested additional towels for our room, it took several hours for them to be delivered. We also asked about a late checkout but were not...
