Soothing crashing waves all day and night however NO immediate ocean swimming or beach access (drive / walk for that) No onsite food / bar NOT GOOD was having to punch in a 6 to10 digit code on a keypad EVERY TIME FOR EVERY pool gate, the 1 elevator and our condo door. "It’s a very nice place. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. A resort hotel should be 100% operational. The boats don’t work anymore. The tram only serves two sections of the hotel. The food options are limited and of low quality for the cost. A $50 plate of pasta should never arrive at a table cold. Lunch and dinner options are limited. "Apt was fabulous: clean, comfortable, spacious, and modern. The portable AC unit had a locking device on it so we weren't able to cool down the apartment. We made good use of the ceiling fans and pedestal fan. We had a difficult time finding the apartment within the complex. Now that we have some idea of the complex layout, we'd stay at this place again."
